Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 eggs
  • 4 tbsp cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 300 g crab
  • 50 g herb butter
  • 4 slices of black bread

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First, trim the dill, then set aside 4 stalks for garnish. Chop the rest. Whisk together the eggs, cream, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce, then stir in the dill and crab. Melt the herb butter in the pan, add the egg and crab mixture, and let it set slowly over medium heat. The scrambled eggs are ready when the egg is no longer gooey, but a noticeable amount of residual moisture is still visible. Serve immediately on slices of brown bread and garnish with dill.
