Scrambled eggs with quark and cheese toast

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 10 eggs
  • 1 pack of bacon or ham, diced
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 cup of cream cheese
  • 4 slices of toast
  • some cheese, grated
  • some margarine
  • Herb(s) (or fresh herbs)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Dice the onion and fry with the bacon until translucent. Whisk the eggs, pour over the eggs, and stir to set. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs. Add the quark, mix well, and let it simmer. Meanwhile, spread the bread with a little margarine, sprinkle with cheese, and bake at 200°C for about 5 minutes, until the cheese has melted. Sprinkle with herbs and fold diagonally. Serve with scrambled eggs.
