Potato casserole with minced meat

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 egg(s)
  • some breadcrumbs
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • nutmeg
  • 400 ml cream
  • 8 m.-sized potatoes

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Knead the minced meat with egg and breadcrumbs, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, form the meat mixture into a meatball, and place it in the center of a baking dish. Thinly slice the peeled potatoes and arrange them around the meatball, seasoning well with salt and nutmeg. Pour the cream over the casserole and bake for 1 hour at 180°C in a preheated oven.
