Scrambled Ham on Farmhouse Bread

The perfect scrambled ham on farmhouse bread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 125 g Diced Kat ham
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 4 piece Eggs
  • 2 thick slices Farmers bread
  • 100 g Meat salad
  • 6 piece Small pickles
  • 2 piece Radish
  1. Fry the ham (125 g) in a pan with sunflower oil (2 tbsp). Beat eggs (4 pieces) / whisk roughly and add. Keep pushing the pan pusher back and forth until everything is set. Cover 2 thick farmer’s breads with meat salad and scrambled ham and garnish with pickles and raindrops, serve.
