Scrambled Ham on Farmhouse Bread

- 125 g Diced Kat ham
- 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 4 piece Eggs
- 2 thick slices Farmers bread
- 100 g Meat salad
- 6 piece Small pickles
- 2 piece Radish
- Fry the ham (125 g) in a pan with sunflower oil (2 tbsp). Beat eggs (4 pieces) / whisk roughly and add. Keep pushing the pan pusher back and forth until everything is set. Cover 2 thick farmer’s breads with meat salad and scrambled ham and garnish with pickles and raindrops, serve.
