Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200g tagliatelle
- 150 g porcini mushrooms or brown mushrooms
- 100 g crab
- 1 cup of sweet cream
- ½ cup water
- some spinach
- some tomato paste
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- some onion salt
- Pepper, coarse
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
For the sauce, melt 1 tablespoon of butter, add 1 tablespoon of flour, and brown briefly. Deglaze with 1 cup of cream and 1/2 cup of water (if needed). Add a little tomato paste to the sauce and mix well. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Add the button mushrooms, some spinach, and the prawns to the sauce and simmer for about 2-3 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the tagliatelle in plenty of salted water for about 8 minutes, then drain well. Mix the hot sauce with the still-hot pasta. Season with onion, salt, and cracked pepper. Serve with garlic bread or baguette.
