Sea bream with sage

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 fish(s) (sea bream)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 shallots
  • 1 bunch of mixed herbs
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 spring onions
  • 4 sprigs of sage
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 57 minutes

Wash the sea bream, pat dry, and lightly score the skin several times. Finely dice the garlic and shallots, mix with the chopped herbs, and stuff the sea bream. Place the sea bream in a shallow dish. For the marinade, dice the garlic and finely slice the spring onions. Finely chop the sage. Mix everything with lemon juice, oil, salt, and pepper. Drizzle over the fish, and cover and marinate for 30 minutes. Then grill for about 6 minutes on each side, brushing occasionally with the marinade.
