Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg gelling sugar, 1 : 1
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 vanilla pod(s), scraped (or 6 tsp vanilla sugar)
- ½ liter sea buckthorn juice, unsweetened
- ¼ liter apple juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Mix the cinnamon and vanilla with the gelling sugar. Pour everything into a saucepan and bring to a boil while stirring until bubbling. Then simmer for 4 minutes. Skim off the foam and pour the mixture into screw-top jars while still hot. Turn the jars upside down for a few minutes to ensure they’re airtight.
