Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 bag of seafood, frozen
  • 1 small cauliflower
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • some capers
  • 4 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 cup water
  • some Fondor
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. cornstarch

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Divide the cauliflower into small florets and cook them briefly in salted water. Finely dice the onion and fry in a little oil in a pan. Crush the garlic and add it. Add the cauliflower to the pan and fry briefly. Then add the seafood and capers and fry for another 5-10 minutes. Deglaze with water, add the yogurt, and Fondor. Stir in a little cornstarch dissolved in water to thicken it and bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper. I served it with lamb’s lettuce, cucumber, mozzarella, and baguette. You could also serve it with pasta or potatoes.
