Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 175 g leaf spinach, frozen
- 125 g king prawns, frozen
- 50 g cream cheese, with goat cheese
- e.g. salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Thaw the shrimp and sauté in a small saucepan. When they turn pink, add the thawed spinach leaves and simmer both over medium heat. If the spinach leaves release a lot of water, simply drain it. Once both are sautéed sufficiently, season with salt and pepper. Serve in a small bowl and stir in the cream cheese just before eating. Also suitable as an appetizer, for grilling, or as a side dish.
