Seafood from Pan …
The perfect seafood from pan … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the gremolata:
- 3 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 3 stem Finely chopped parsley
- 0,5 Solo garlic
- 2 Pinches Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
- 1 pinch Red chilli flakes
For the seafood:
- 200 g Frozen seafood, untreated
- 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
Gremolata:
- Mix all the ingredients listed in a small container and let it steep for about 60 minutes, covered.
Seafood:
- Let the seafood thaw, then rinse under cold water and pat dry again. Fry in a pan in olive oil over medium heat for about 2 to 3 minutes, turning several times. Napkin on a plate with the gremolata and serve with spicy baked potatoes **.
