Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 24 Norway lobster(s)
- 10 tbsp olive oil
- ½ lemon(s), the juice
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 tbsp parsley, flat, finely chopped
- 1 lemon(s), cut into eighths, for garnish
- some salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut each langoustine open down the middle of the belly to the head with scissors and marinate in 6 tablespoons of olive oil. Place on a hot grill and grill for about 8 minutes, turning frequently. Mix a sauce of olive oil, lemon juice, garlic crushed with salt, and parsley and drizzle over the fish. Arrange the langoustines attractively on a warmed platter and garnish with lemon wedges. Serve with fresh baguette.
