dressing
- 100 g Goat cheese
- Walnuts
- Butter
- Lamb’S lettuce
- Honey
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 4 Pc. Raspberries
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cut the pear into slices and roughly chop the walnuts. Fry both in a little butter for 5 minutes.
- Cover the goat cheese with honey and bake at 150 degrees for about 5-7 minutes.
- Then clean the lamb’s lettuce, dry it and spin it. Whisk all the ingredients for the dressing together and mix the salad with them. Put the pear slices and nuts on the salad and finally place the goat cheese over the salad. If you like it even sweeter, you can add a little honey to the salad or refine it with balsamic vinegar.
