Seasoned for Christmas

- 125 g Liquid honey
- 60 g Sugar
- 200 g Flour
- 2 Tl Speculoos seasoning
- 1 Egg
- 50 g Chopped almonds

- Chocolate icing to decorate
- Heat the honey and sugar in a saucepan until the sugar has dissolved, allow to cool.
- Mix the flour, almonds and spiced biscuits. Add the egg and the cooled honey mixture to the flour and knead well. Let rest for about 1/2 hour.
- Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and preheat the oven to 175 degrees top-bottom heat.
- Shape the dough into about 30-35 small balls, place on the baking sheet and flatten a little for 15 minutes.
- After the baking time, take it out of the oven and let it cool down. Decorate with chocolate icing if you like.
