Seasoned for Christmas

The perfect seasoned for christmas recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 125 g Liquid honey
  • 60 g Sugar
  • 200 g Flour
  • 2 Tl Speculoos seasoning
  • 1 Egg
  • 50 g Chopped almonds
  • —————-
  • Chocolate icing to decorate
  1. Heat the honey and sugar in a saucepan until the sugar has dissolved, allow to cool.
  2. Mix the flour, almonds and spiced biscuits. Add the egg and the cooled honey mixture to the flour and knead well. Let rest for about 1/2 hour.
  3. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and preheat the oven to 175 degrees top-bottom heat.
  4. Shape the dough into about 30-35 small balls, place on the baking sheet and flatten a little for 15 minutes.
  5. After the baking time, take it out of the oven and let it cool down. Decorate with chocolate icing if you like.
