Seaweed rice from the steamer

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 10 g Wakame, dried
  • 300 g basmati rice
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • n. B. water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 50 minutes

Chop the seaweed into small pieces and then soak it in water for at least 2 hours. Add the rice, seaweed, and soaking water to the steamer along with the fish sauce. Cover and cook for about 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
