Tagliatelle with Ham and Cream Sauce

- 500 g Tagliatelle
- 400 ml Cream
- 150 ml Milk
- 2 piece Onions
- 300 g Cooked ham
- 150 g Bacon
- Salt, pepper, paprika powder, beef bouillon as desired
- Cut the ham, bacon and onions into cubes and fry them with a little oil and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder (more of it).
- Deglaze with milk and cream and add a little beef stock and reduce a little. Season if necessary.
- Prepare and drain the ribbon noodles according to the instructions on the packet. Put the pasta on a plate and add the sauce.
