Ingredients
 

  • 3 cups Flour
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 1 shot Lemon juice
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 Chocolate icing

Instructions
 

  • Mix the sugar, vanilla sugar and the eggs in a bowl to form a smooth batter
  • Then add the flour and baking powder and mix everything into a smooth dough.
  • Then add a small dash of lemon juice and the rare water and stir everything.
  • Place in a baking pan (springform pan) and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes until the surface is golden yellow.
  • Let cool for 15 minutes
  • Prepare cake icing and pour over the cooled cake - let cool down
