Selterwasser Cake with Schocki Glaze

- 3 cups Flour
- 2 cups Sugar
- 3 piece Eggs
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 1 shot Lemon juice
- 1 Cup Selterwasser
- 1 Chocolate icing
- Mix the sugar, vanilla sugar and the eggs in a bowl to form a smooth batter
- Then add the flour and baking powder and mix everything into a smooth dough.
- Then add a small dash of lemon juice and the rare water and stir everything.
- Place in a baking pan (springform pan) and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes until the surface is golden yellow.
- Let cool for 15 minutes
- Prepare cake icing and pour over the cooled cake – let cool down
