Semolina Cookies

The perfect semolina cookies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 50 g Butter
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 125 g Semolina
  • 125 g Flour
  1. Mix the butter, sugar and egg until creamy. Sift the flour and baking powder and add to the dough together with the semolina and knead well. Wrap the dough in foil and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
  2. Shape the dough into walnut-sized balls and place them on baking sheets lined with baking paper (leave space, they will come apart).
  3. Bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. Then let it cool down and store it in a tin can.
