  • 30 g butter

  • 130 g semolina
  • 60 g bread(s), dumpling bread or small sliced ​​white rolls)
  • 2 eggs
  • 20 g butter
  • Parsley, chopped
  • Flour

Instructions

Bring the milk to a boil with butter and salt. Stir in the semolina and simmer, stirring constantly until the liquid is absorbed. Let cool. Heat 20g of butter and toast the dumpling bread in it. Then, using your hands, thoroughly mix the dumpling mixture with the eggs, parsley, and semolina mixture. Form dumplings with wet hands, roll them in flour, and place them in boiling salted water. Simmer for about 15 minutes at slightly reduced heat.
