Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g butter
- 300 g dark chocolate shavings
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 150 g sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla flavor
- 110 g flour
- 140 g chocolate (chocolate chips)
- 120 g sour cream
- 110 g macadamia nuts, unsalted and roasted, roughly chopped.
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (160 degrees Celsius fan-assisted). Melt the butter and chocolate shavings in a saucepan, stirring constantly, and let cool slightly. Stir in the eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract, then stir in the chocolate chips, flour, nuts, and sour cream. Pour the batter into a 20 x 30 cm baking pan. Bake for 40 minutes, then cover with aluminum foil and bake for another 20 minutes. Let cool in the pan and divide into 12 pieces. To serve, dust the brownies with cocoa powder. By the way, you can also use other nuts, such as walnuts or hazelnuts!
