Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 120 g wheat semolina
  • ¼ liter of milk
  • 1 cube of soup seasoning
  • 60 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 80 g breadcrumbs
  • Salt
  • n. B. herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

simple, light and delicious, for about 6 – 8 dumplings

Bring the milk and stock cubes to a boil. Reduce the semolina until a thick porridge forms. Stir in the butter. Let the mixture cool. Stir in the eggs, breadcrumbs, and herbs. Form small dumplings, place them in boiling salted water, and let them simmer for 15 minutes. The dumplings are easy to make. The mixture makes enough for 6-8 dumplings.
