Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 80 g butter
- 2 eggs
- 120 g semolina
- some salt
- some nutmeg
Instructions

Recipe from Austria
Mash the butter with a fork, then add the eggs and season with salt and nutmeg. Add the semolina, mix again, and let it rest for a while. Scoop out small dumplings with a spoon, drop them into the boiling broth, and let them simmer and infuse.
