  • 2 cups of crème fraîche
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

Mix crème fraîche with ketchup and Worcestershire sauce and season to taste with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.
