Semolina pudding – Grandma's recipe

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1,000 ml milk
  • 150 g semolina
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • some salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Bring the milk, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt to a boil. Add the semolina and stir continuously until boiling. Remove the pan from the heat and let it swell for 3 minutes. It goes well with plum compote.
