Semolina pudding with berry sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 4 tbsp semolina
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • ½ pack of vanilla pudding powder
  • 1 handful of berries, frozen or fresh
  • Sugar
  • Water

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix the vanilla pudding powder, sugar, and semolina in a saucepan. Add a few tablespoons of milk and stir until the powder has dissolved and is lump-free. Add the remaining milk and bring to a boil. Once the porridge thickens, it’s important to stir continuously to prevent sticking and lumps from forming. When bubbles rise to the top, the semolina porridge is ready and can be removed from the stove. You can enjoy it hot or cold by letting it cool or refrigerating it for a while. For the berry sauce, heat the frozen berries in a small saucepan. Add sugar to taste. If you like, you can add a splash of water to make the sauce more liquid.
