Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 50 g butter
- 100 g semolina
- 1 ½ liters of meat broth
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Stir the semolina into the melted butter and brown slightly. Deglaze with the stock and simmer for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
