Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g macaroni (macheroncini)
  • 6 leaves of fresh basil
  • 150 g walnuts
  • 50 g butter
  • 100 g cooked ham, diced
  • 250 ml sour cream
  • 100 g Parmesan, grated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Cook the pasta until al dente. Chop the basil and walnuts. Melt the butter, add the basil and walnut mixture, and sauté over low heat for about 10 minutes. Now add the diced ham and sour cream and season with salt and pepper. Add the pasta, let it simmer for a moment, and season to taste.
