Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g minced pork
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp paprika powder, hot
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 bag of baking powder

Pound the garlic cloves in a mortar with a small pinch of salt, then mix with the ground meat. Then add the salt, pepper, and paprika (or hot chili powder if you like) and knead thoroughly. Finally, add the baking powder; this will make the cevapcici nice and fluffy. Continue kneading for about 5 minutes (like dough), form meatballs slightly larger than ping-pong balls, and then roll them into a roll. Let the cevapcici rest for at least 2 hours before grilling; they can also be pan-fried.
