  • 400 g pork (shoulder or belly)
  • 250 g tomatoes
  • 3 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 cup rice
  • 3 potatoes
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

In a tightly sealed pot, first add the sliced ​​onions and diced pork. Then add a layer of tomato slices, then the rice, then the peppers (gutted and sliced). Finally, add the sliced ​​potatoes. Pour enough water over everything to just cover the contents and simmer without stirring for about 2 hours at 120-140 degrees Celsius until soft.
