Brown the meat in oil (the pot should have a capacity of at least 4-5 liters). Sauté the onions and garlic separately in a second pot. When the onions are translucent, add the fresh bell peppers and the tomato peppers. Once cooked through, add everything to the meat. Add water, the mushroom stock, ketchup, and paprika sauce, and add the tomato paste and seasoning. Bring to a boil and simmer on low heat. Check after 20-25 minutes whether the meat is cooked. If not, simmer a little longer. Then stir in the rice, mushrooms, and peas, and let the rice simmer for about 15 minutes until cooked through. Finally, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and chili flakes if desired.
