Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 slices of toast
- 2 m.-sized schnitzel
- 4 tsp BBQ sauce
- 2 slices of cheese
- 4 slice(s) pickle(s)
- 2 small tomatoes
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut the schnitzel into strips, pound the strips flat, and braid the meat into four lattices. Slice the tomatoes. Fry the schnitzel lattices in a little oil until golden brown on both sides. Toast the bread and place the schnitzel lattices on top. Place a slice of cheese, tomato, and cucumber slices on each slice, drizzle with 1-2 teaspoons of BBQ sauce, and serve.
