Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 ½ onions, diced
  • 3 red bell peppers, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, diced
  • 500 g pork schnitzel, shredded
  • 4 tbsp tomato paste
  • 250 g rice
  • 750 ml water
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Pork, rice and peppers, simple and delicious

Brown the meat in oil, then remove it from the pan and sauté the onions and garlic. A little later, add the diced bell peppers. Return the meat to the pan. Add the rice and tomato paste to the pan and pour in the water. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Simmer for about 20 minutes.
