Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 200 g celeriac
- 1 shot of vegetable stock
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- salt and pepper
- Soy sauce
- Parsley, chopped

Peel the celeriac and onion, chop into large cubes, and sauté in a saucepan with a little vegetable stock and the sunflower seeds until soft. Meanwhile, toast the sesame seeds in a pan without adding any fat and remove from the pan to cool. When the celery, onion, and sunflower seeds are soft, blend them with the spices in a tall bowl. Stir in the chopped parsley and toasted sesame seeds, and season to taste.
