Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g risoni (rice-shaped pasta)
- 500 g minced meat
- 2 bunch spring onions
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- e.g. soy sauce
- e.g. chili flakes
- salt and pepper
- curry powder
- olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Fry the minced meat in olive oil until crumbly and season with salt, pepper, and chili. Peel and slice the spring onions. Wash, peel, and finely dice the bell peppers. Add both to the minced meat and fry. Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to the package instructions. When they’re done, add them to the meat and vegetables. Season generously with soy sauce and season to taste with salt, pepper, chili, and curry powder. Thai Sweet Chili Sauce is wonderful with this dish.
