Lamb’s lettuce with a difference

Whisk the egg and mix with soy sauce, crushed garlic, and pepper. Cut the chicken into strips and coat on all sides first in flour, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumb-sesame mixture. Fry in heated oil until golden brown on all sides, then drain on kitchen paper. Peel the mango, remove the stone, and dice into cubes about 1.5 cm in size. Trim the lamb’s lettuce, wash thoroughly, and spin dry. Mix the chili sauce, lime juice, and oil to make a dressing. Season with salt and a few drops of dark sesame oil. Mix the dressing with the mango and lamb’s lettuce and serve with the chicken sticks.
