Sesame crackers "Lawosch"

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 150 g butter, soft
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 150 g sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp, leveled salt
  • 100 ml milk
  • some flour and sesame for rolling out

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 56 minutes

made easy and quick

Knead the ingredients into a dough and let it rest for about 10-15 minutes. Divide the dough into 4 portions and roll each one out as thinly as possible on a lightly floured and sesame seed base (one portion is enough for one baking sheet). Place the dough sheet on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and prick it with a fork. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (convection oven) for about 6-8 minutes. Two trays can be baked at once using a convection oven. Cut into bite-sized pieces immediately after baking. This is easily done with a pizza cutter. These crackers are delicious as a snack with wine and beer, or simply as a snack between meals.
