Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp sea salt, coarse
  • 1 avocado(s), ripe
  • ½ lime(s)
  • 3 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • ½ bunch chives
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • some chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

a slightly different dip

Roast the sesame seeds without fat and then crush them with the sea salt in a mortar and pestle. Now scoop out the avocado flesh and mash it with the juice of half a lime. Stir in the yogurt and sesame salt. Finely dice the tomato, finely chop the chives, and stir both into the avocado cream along with the cumin. Season with chili to taste.
