Sesame Multigrain Cake II

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g sesame seeds, ground unpeeled
  • 100 g chickpeas, ground
  • 100 g millet, grind
  • 100 g corn kernels, grind
  • 100 g rice, grind (brown rice)
  • 100 g buckwheat, ground
  • 1 tbsp coconut milk
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 6 almonds, bitter ground
  • 300 g beet syrup
  • 75 g rum, 54%
  • 500 g mineral water, carbonated

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours

Combine the dry ingredients in a food processor, add the water, beetroot syrup, and rum. Blend everything thoroughly for 3-4 minutes on high. Pour into a 30 cm loaf pan lined with baking paper, shake until smooth, and bake in a cold oven at approximately 150°C for about 90 minutes. Check with a needle. Allow to cool completely, then turn upside down and cut thick slices from the top using a serrated knife. My own recipe.
