Andi's Apple Chili Jelly

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 liter apple juice
  • 500 g gelling sugar (2:1)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 80 ml rum, white
  • 100 ml Amaretto
  • 4 chili peppers (hot)
  • 2 carnations
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar (Bourbon)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the chili peppers, dice them into small pieces, and set aside. Mix the apple juice with the gelling sugar, add the spices and chili cubes, and bring to a boil. Let it simmer for 5 minutes, then remove the cloves. Test for settling and, if necessary, add the rum and Amaretto. Now pour into clean jars and let cool as usual. It also goes well with cheese.
