Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • ¼ ml milk
  • 250g salami
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 250 g cheese
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 1 small can of mushrooms
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the salami, ham, onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms into small pieces. Place everything in a bowl, add the flour, milk, 3 eggs, and seasoning. Close the bowl and shake everything vigorously. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the batter over it. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
