Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g melon(s) (watermelon)
  • 500 g yogurt with honey
  • 4 scoops of ice cream (yogurt)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Deseed and puree the watermelon flesh. Freeze slightly. Blend the yogurt and ice cream until smooth. Serve in glasses. Slowly pour the melon puree over the yogurt mixture using a spoon and serve immediately. Stir before drinking.
