Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 250 g sugar
- 125 g hazelnuts, ground
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon (can be omitted)
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 4 eggs
- 250 g butter, liquid
- 4 apples, cut into small slices
- powdered sugar
- Chocolate shavings or sugar sprinkles

very simple favorite recipe
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl with a lid, along with the eggs, apples, and melted butter. Close the lid and shake vigorously a few times. Open the lid, stir the mixture briefly again with a spatula, and spread the batter on a greased (or parchment-lined) baking sheet. Bake at 160°C fan/convection oven (180°C top/bottom heat) for about 40 minutes. Let cool briefly and then cover with a slightly thicker layer of powdered sugar. If you like, you can sprinkle chocolate shavings or sugar sprinkles on the finished cake.
