Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ½ mango(s)
- 1 Sharon fruit
- ½ banana(s)
- some lime juice
- some vanilla pulp
- some cinnamon powder
- 150 ml coconut water
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
with coconut water
Peel the Sharon fruit and remove the stem. Cut all the fruit into large pieces. Sprinkle the banana with a little lime juice. Blend everything with the coconut water and season with vanilla and cinnamon. No added sugar is necessary if the fruit is ripe.
