Sharp Stir-fry Vegetables
The perfect sharp stir-fry vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Pc. Red pepper
- 2 small Kohlrabi
- 1 Pc. Spring onion
- 0,5 Can Corn
- 1 tsp Parsley, frozen
- 1 tsp Oil or clarified butter
- 1 tbsp Herbal cream cheese
- Salt
- Pepper, crushed
- Cayenne pepper
- Bell peppers, hot as rose
- Water
- Cut the spring onion, bell pepper and kohlrabi into small pieces.
- Heat the oil or clarified butter in the pan and add the spring onion.
- After a while, add the peppers and kohlrabi. Add salt and sips of water to steam.
- When the peppers and kohlrabi are soft, add the corn and parsley.
- If the corn is warm, stir in the cream cheese and season the pan with pepper, cayenne pepper and paprika to taste.
