Sheep Cheese Dip with Paprika

Ingredients
 

  • 1 packet Sheep milk cheese
  • 1 Red Paprika
  • 125 g Cream cheese
  • 1 toe Garlic fresh
  • 1 tbsp Natural yoghurt
  • Sweet paprika
  • Crushed red pepper
  • Chili oil or chili powder
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cut the paprika, garlic and the sheep's cheese into pieces and add the remaining ingredients.
  • Chop everything with the hand blender and season with the spices. Since I only had half a pack of cream cheese left, I added the yoghurt, i.e. you could only use a pack of cream cheese.
