Peach Passion Fruit Cakes (cupcake)

The perfect peach passion fruit cakes (cupcake) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 130 g Almighurt peach / passion fruit
  • 220 g Sugar
  • 220 g Flour
  • 2 piece Eggs
  • 1 shot Lemon juice
  • 0,5 packet Baking powder
  • 0,5 packet Vanilla sugar
  1. First put the eggs, vanilla sugar, almighurt, lemon juice and sugar in a bowl and beat everything until frothy.
  2. Now add the flour and baking powder and mix everything into a creamy pond.
  3. Pour the dough into small molds or fill in the poffertjesmaker and bake. Bake in the oven at about 200 degrees for about 20-30 minutes (preferably with a chopstick robe)
  4. So that’s it, GOOD APPETITE …. you can of course vary the yogurt 🙂
