Sheep Cheese Dip
The perfect sheep cheese dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 packet Sheep cheese, feta
- 100 g Tomato paste concentrated three times
- 3 Garlic cloves chopped
- 2 Heaped teaspoons 8 Kräuter (TK)
- 4 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- Place crumbled sheep’s cheese in a tall container, peel the garlic cloves, cut into large pieces and add to the sheep’s cheese. Add tomato paste, olive oil and herbs and puree everything together.
- Put it in the cold place and let it steep. Can be prepared a day in advance, then it goes through well .;)
- Tastes very good on fresh bread, baguette or, for example, with grilled meat.
