Sheep Cheese Dip

The perfect sheep cheese dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 packet Sheep cheese, feta
  • 100 g Tomato paste concentrated three times
  • 3 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 2 Heaped teaspoons 8 Kräuter (TK)
  • 4 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  1. Place crumbled sheep’s cheese in a tall container, peel the garlic cloves, cut into large pieces and add to the sheep’s cheese. Add tomato paste, olive oil and herbs and puree everything together.
  2. Put it in the cold place and let it steep. Can be prepared a day in advance, then it goes through well .;)
  3. Tastes very good on fresh bread, baguette or, for example, with grilled meat.
