Tzaziki Sheep Cheese Dip

  • 200 g Sheep cheese Bulgarian
  • 100 g Cream cheese double cream setting
  • 150 g Cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon Arugula chopped
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 0,5 tablespoon Calamansi balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • Green pepper from the mill
  • 1 Red onion, diced
  1. Slice the cucumber thinly.
  2. Add the sheep’s cheese and mix with the cucumber.
  3. Add the cream cheese, garlic, and rocket.
  4. Mix well with the diced onion.
  5. Add the olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  6. Season to taste with pepper.
