Tzaziki Sheep Cheese Dip

- 200 g Sheep cheese Bulgarian
- 100 g Cream cheese double cream setting
- 150 g Cucumber
- 1 tablespoon Arugula chopped
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 0,5 tablespoon Calamansi balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- Green pepper from the mill
- 1 Red onion, diced
