Avocado Sheep Cheese Dip
The perfect avocado sheep cheese dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Pc. Avocado
- 100 g Sheep cheese, crumbled
- 3 tbsp Yogurt
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 0,5 Pc. Garlic clove finely chopped
- 1 pinch Chilli flakes
- Salt, white pepper
- Peel and dice the avocado. Mix with all other ingredients in a bowl and puree until smooth. Alternatively, mash everything with a fork. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Let it steep for approx. 2 hours before consumption.
