Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 5 steak(s) (minute steaks)
  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 3 small cans of peas, drained
  • 1 small can of mushrooms (1st choice), drained
  • 4 cups of cream
  • 250 g cheese (Emmental), grated
  • 1 tsp bouillon (vegetable bouillon)
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Season the minute steaks with salt and pepper and place them side by side on a deep baking sheet or in a deep casserole dish. Peel and dice the potatoes, then arrange them over the meat and season with salt again. Distribute the peas and mushrooms, without any liquid, evenly over the potatoes. For the sauce, season the cream with salt and pepper, and season with nutmeg, paprika, and vegetable stock to taste. Then pour it over the ingredients. Sprinkle with Emmental cheese and place in the preheated oven. Cook at 180°C (fan oven) for 45-60 minutes.
