Sheet spaghetti

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • salt water
  • 500 g crème fraîche
  • 250 g cheese (Gouda), grated
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • e.g. spinach (frozen, minis)
  • 200 g cooked ham

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

with spinach and ham

Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente and drain. Meanwhile, finely chop the garlic and dice the ham. Mix the eggs and garlic. Then add the cheese and crème fraîche and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Mix the spaghetti and cheese mixture together and place on a baking sheet or in a shallow baking dish. Stir in the desired amount of spinach (frozen) and the diced ham. Bake in the oven at 160°C for about 15-20 minutes.
